Bounce Street Asia is expanding, and we're looking for a KOL Lead to build and scale our influencer marketing engine. This role is for someone who can lead a team, execute campaigns, manage data with discipline, and drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the KOL team while ensuring both team and individual KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and execute KOL, influencer, and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Build, maintain, and optimize a high-quality KOL & influencer database.
- Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns, from sourcing and negotiation to execution and reporting.
- Ensure disciplined data management and maintain accurate campaign tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team or managing KOL projects.
- Strong network and database of KOLs and influencers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, organize, and interpret campaign data.
- Experience creating weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in the Retail, F&B, Entertainment, or Lifestyle industry.
- Understand TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Commerce.
- Have experience managing paid KOL campaigns or media buying.
- Are experienced in coaching team members while maintaining strong individual performance.
