Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct through research for Affiliator and KOL to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOLs and Affiliators
- Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations
- Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales
- Monitor and analyze KOL & Affiliate performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing
- Willing to be placed in Daan Mogot, WFO 100%, and can join ASAP
- 3+ year of experience in a related field (as Leader / Spv)
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well
- Able to operate basic Excel operations skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes
- Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management
