Job Description
- 3PL Vendor Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for 3PL vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate 3PL performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, lead times, and cost efficiency. Report any issues to management and recommend improvements.
- Cost Control: Monitor and review logistics costs associated with 3PL services. Work with vendors to optimize transportation costs and negotiate rates when necessary.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL vendors to foster long-term partnerships. Provide feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate reports on 3PL performance, logistics costs, and other key metrics. Present findings to the logistics management team and suggest areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of 3PL management and overall logistics operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required) and problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to deal cross-functional
- Energetic, action-oriented, positive approach to problem solving with analytical skill, has passion in the eCommerce industry
