Junior Videographer Jobs in Bucharest, Romania at Digital Advisors Team
We’re looking for a Junior Photographer & Videographer who enjoys being out on location, capturing the people, places, products, and stories behind our clients’ businesses. You don’t need years of experience. You need a good eye, solid fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to improve quickly.
The work has to do a job — help a client sell, launch, or tell their story — so we care as much about why a shot exists as how it looks. You'll learn that side of it here, alongside people who've been doing it a while.
What you'll actually be doing
- Shoot photo and video at our clients' locations — Capture spaces, products, people, services, and events in a way that supports marketing and storytelling.
- Edit what you shoot: cut short videos for social (reels, verticals, teasers) and process photos so they're clean and ready to use
- Work from a brief or a shot list, and deliver on time and on point
- Turn a single shoot into several outputs across formats and platforms
- Keep your footage, files, and edits organised — labelled, backed up, easy to find
- Bring ideas to the shoot as you grow into it — angles, setups, small creative touches
What we hope you bring
- A starting portfolio — photo, video, or both — that shows you can shoot and edit, including experience with short-form video content (e.g., TikTok Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Solid fundamentals: composition, framing, light, and a feel for what makes a shot or a cut work
- Working knowledge of an editing tool and basic photo editing
- Reliability — you show up prepared, hit deadlines, and keep your files in order
- You take feedback well and want to get better — that's how you'll grow fastest with us
- Easy to work with on a shoot, including around clients — calm, polite, prepared
- Romanian, plus enough English to follow briefs and caption content
We'd also value
- Experience using AI video tools to accelerate production or create supporting visual content.
- Motion graphics basics — titles, lower thirds, simple animation
- Colour grading and photo retouching beyond the basics
- A feel for what performs on social — hooks, retention, vertical-first
- Experience with stock platforms

Our office is in a quiet, central location, in the Primaverii neighbourhood. Access to the subway and public transport is very close.
Most of your time is spent shooting at clients around Bucharest, with editing based out of the office. This can be a full-time role or a part-time collaboration — tell us what you're looking for.
