This is a Hands-on Creator role for hungry Juniors. You won’t just be planning; you’ll be doing. From ideation to filming and editing, you’ll be the engine behind the content that drives real business impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the face of the agency for your clients – understanding their DNA, managing expectations, and presenting your winning strategies.
- Total Content Ownership:-You’ll be creating, filming, and editing content from scratch.
- Performance-Driven Creative: Using data and KPIs to make sure your content doesn't just look good-it convert
- AI-Powered Workflow: Leveraging the latest AI tools to work smarter and faster.
- Trend-Jacking: Turning real-time trends into high-performing brand opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- The "Creator" DNA: You’re a natural at filming and editing.
- CapCut Wizards: If you know your way around CapCut and mobile editing apps, you’re already at the front of the line!
- Recent graduates in Marketing/Communications or Social Media course certs.
- Data Lovers: You care about the "Why" and the "How much" as much as the "How it looks."
- Immediate Availability: We’re moving fast and need you to hit the ground running
