Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager of 1-2 years experiene located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage social media strategy, create compelling content, execute social media campaigns, and optimize performance. They will collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement, maintain brand identity, and analyze content performance to improve marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in crafting and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Experience in Digital Marketing practices and tools
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage with audiences and coordinate with teams
- An analytical mindset to monitor metrics and improve performance
- Ability to stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
