We are looking for a creative storyteller to capture the buzz of our locations and master the art of digital engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
The Role
- Plan and deliver high-impact social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to skyrocket brand awareness.
- Lead on-site content capture, filming and editing short-form video, Reels, and stories that showcase the atmosphere of our premium venues.
- Manage daily community engagement, acting as the brand voice by responding to guest reviews, messages, and trending conversations.
- Execute dynamic social media campaigns for major product launches, seasonal events, and exclusive hospitality promotions.
- Track performance using social analytics tools to provide actionable insights and stay ahead of the latest viral hospitality trends.
What You'll Need
- Proven passion for content creation with a strong portfolio of short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and mobile photography.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple content calendars and venue visits simultaneously.
- A self-motivated, "hands-on" attitude—you are comfortable heading into venues to capture the action as it happens.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with marketing, operations, and venue-based teams.
