The Role
• Oversee the technical and commercial aspects of commercial and industrial properties, including budget planning.
• Lead and guide a team of caretakers and facility technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing contracts and ensuring satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance, repairs, and technical projects.
• Support proposal creation and order processing.
• Manage modernization and other technical projects.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Facility Management or a technical vocational training (e.g., electrical, HVAC).
• Relevant professional experience in facility management or property administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High initiative, structured and economic thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CAFM system experience is a plus.
• Experience in personnel management and leading technical teams.
