Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full production lifecycle for 2D animatics, AI-driven content, and broadcast video projects
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Work directly with artists, editors, animators, AI teams, and freelance creatives to keep productions moving efficiently
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and brand clients
• Maintain quality control across creative, technical, editorial, and delivery phases
• Help identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building
• Support problem-solving across production, creative, and technical workflows in a fast-moving environment
Role Details
Position: Junior Producer
Compensation: $50,000+ annually, plus competitive benefits (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: 6-month contract-to-hire with potential for full-time conversion
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred), with strong preference for candidates located in or near New York City
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Marketing, Photography, Fine Arts, or related creative field
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in modern production workflows, including AI image/video generation tools
• Familiarity with advertising agency workflows is highly preferred
• Passion for storytelling, animation, and emerging creative technologies
