About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Producer to join our production team at a leading advertising agency in Mumbai. This role is suited for someone with 1–3 years of experience and a solid understanding of pre-production and production workflows, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Assist in planning and executing shoots from concept to delivery
Manage script breakdowns, budgeting support, and scheduling
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, client servicing)
Source and coordinate vendors, locations, talent, and crew
Prepare call sheets, production documents, and timelines
Production
Support shoots & logistics
Coordinate teams & communication
Track timelines & progress
Troubleshoot on-set issues
Assist budgets, docs & vendors
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in advertising, film, or media production
Strong understanding of pre-production and production processes
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Background in film, media, or a related field
Experience working on ad films, branded content, or digital shoots
Basic understanding of post-production workflows
