About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Multimedia Designer to support our growing marketing and digital initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys both graphic design and short-form video content creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok).
You will work on a variety of projects including social media content, marketing materials, and basic UI design support.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media graphics (posts, stories, ads)
- Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations
- Assist with basic UI/UX design tasks (wireframes, layouts, simple mockups)
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Stay up to date with social media trends and content formats
Requirements
- Basic skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Strong interest in social media content creation and trends
- A portfolio showcasing graphics and/or video work
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Adaptability in a changing work environment
- Good English communication and teamwork skills
- Open to fresh graduates!
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts content creation
- Basic animation or motion graphics skills
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
- Experience handling brand or campaign-based content
