Associate Marketing Operations Specialist | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Facilitate and monitor project flow through workflow systems, ensuring timely progression
• Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and brand presence for industry events
• Provide administrative support for events, including registration and pre-event logistics
• Execute various administrative tasks supporting Brand and Marketing initiatives
• Ensure adherence to brand standards across creative development and review
• Act as a key contact between Marketing Operations, Brand, and Distribution teams
What You'll Need
• 2+ years of experience in a process-oriented, coordination, or operations role
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and influence stakeholders
• Capacity to negotiate competing priorities and adapt to change quickly
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new online systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey status and risks
