Junior Integrated Producer (Contract) — Toronto, Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of one of the world's largest marketing and advertising agency networks — a global shop running high-volume creative production for major brands. Their Toronto studio operates as a fast-moving asset engine: digital banners, motion pieces, and a steady pipeline of work that ships on tight timelines.
This is a great seat for someone early in their production career who wants real reps in a serious studio environment. You won't be thrown in cold — you'll work alongside senior producers and production artists, learning how a high-output pipeline actually runs.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping move projects through the production pipeline, from intake to delivery
- Coordinating handoffs between producers, designers, and production artists
- Keeping trackers, timelines, and asset versions organized as work moves fast
- Supporting QA and final checks so work ships clean
What we're looking for:
- Around a year of experience in a studio, agency, or production-adjacent environment (internships and contract work count)
- Comfort in a deadline-driven setting where priorities shift quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and steady under volume
- Any exposure to motion tools (After Effects), design tools (Figma), or digital banner production is a plus, not a requirement
- Someone who wants to learn the craft, not just manage a calendar
The details:
- 1 month contract role with an immediate start (high likelihood to extend as an ongoing full time contract)
- Hybrid: 2–3 days per week onsite in downtown Toronto
- $20–$21/hour depending on overall experience
