About the Role
Reporting to the Brand team and working alongside a team of experienced designers and marketers, this is a fantastic opportunity for an early career designer to build real world skills across a global DTC brand. You’ll get hands on exposure to static and video creative, brand storytelling, campaigns and performance media, with senior team members on hand to guide, teach and give feedback as you grow. It’s an agile, collaborative environment that rewards curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a sharp eye for detail.
What you’ll do
- Support the design team in producing mostly digital media assets across static and video format
- Assist with executing design briefs for performance media across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other digital platforms
- Learn how to interpret performance insights and apply feedback to improve creative
- Help transform user-generated content (UGC) and employee-generated content (EGC) into engaging paid media ads
- Contribute ideas for visual concepts, with guidance from senior designers
- Collaborate with the broader creative team, sharing ideas and receiving mentorship
- Get exposure to AI tools and emerging design technology as part of your everyday workflow
- Stay curious about platform updates and design trends
What you’ll bring
- Approx 2-3yrs experience designing digital assets (internships, freelance, personal projects and coursework all count)
- A genuine passion for design and eagerness to learn performance marketing principles
- Curiosity about AI design tools, with willingness to experiment
- A love of visual storytelling and an interest in crafting engaging content
- Working knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus)
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Good organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple small projects
Must be based in Sydney and able to travel to Zetland min 3 days per week
