Our esteemed client in Midrand is seeking a talented and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join their team in a full-time, office-based role.
Salary: R20 000.00 CTC Per Month. (depending on current salary & experience)

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the development of engaging visual content and marketing material that strengthens brand identity and enhances customer engagement across multiple platforms. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design or a similar role (retail experience advantageous).
- Portfolio of previous design work
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva or similar design platforms
- Video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar)
- Basic understanding of website content management and updates.
- Knowledge of AI design tools and creative technologies.
- Strong layout, typography, and branding skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop marketing material including:
- Posters
- Flyers
- Catalogues and booklets
- In-store promotional material
- Social media graphics
- Email marketing visuals
- Assist with updating website banners, product images, and promotional content.
- Create and edit multimedia content including short videos, animations, and digital adverts.
- Develop AI-assisted creative concepts and designs using modern design tools and platforms.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and current retail campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital publishing.
- Stay updated with current fashion, retail, and design trends.
- Assist with photography editing and content preparation when required.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
