Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do)
The Junior Digital Merchandiser is accountable for assisting and executing digital
merchandising day-to-day task driving online sales. As a critical member of the
eCommerce team, will leverage data to recommend and execute merchandising
strategies that improve digital user experience and business results. This position
requires a creative and very detail-oriented individual who can carry out multitasking
projects.
Responsibilities
• Assist, implement and monitor digital merchandising strategies that align with our
members’ interests, needs and goals.
• Under direction of Digital Merchandiser Manager, recollect product information
including inventory levels, country availability, PIM status, content condition, others.
• Work with marketing and content teams to ensure digital merchandising efforts are
in line with the business marketing activities.
• Work closely with Digital Merchandiser Manager, Marketing and Content Teams to
determine product selection and assets needed to support online merchandising
features such as homepage, landing pages, email marketing, social media and special
projects.
• Leverage website analytics to understand performance and customer interaction
with search, categories, and featured product placement.
• Monitor competitor websites and identify opportunities to increase customer
engagement.
Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)
•Bi-Lingual English / Spanish
• 1 to 2 years of e-Commerce or relevant experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, design or business is preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Proven experience implementing marketing strategies with outstanding attention to
detail
• Data driven test/learn experience and mindset
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of project management and reporting tools: Datastudio, Domo, Tableau,
Trello, Jira.
• Experience with Bloomreach, Google Analytics and/or Segment will be preferred
