About You
- Must be competent in 3D design software, ideally Cinema 4D and/or Blender. With a portfolio of previous work both professional and personal to showcase.
- Candidates should be familiar with handling print ready artwork files and have a reasonable understanding of graphic design principles for when concepts are signed off and being handled by the Production team
- Basic knowledge of modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing, lighting and rendering.
- Must be familiar with working in Adobe Photoshop and illustrator.
- Able to demonstrate their design process (using rough sketches, floorplans and mood boards).
- Familiarity with animation to produce 3D flythroughs desired but not mandatory.
- Be interested in exhibition & event design, primarily in the sports sector. Working with the wider team to develop exiting hands-on activations that will be built around the world.
- A sports enthusiast, pro-active, self-starter who is flexible and calm in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

- Self-motivated and committed to get the job done to exact standards with tight deadlines, and difficult conditions.
- Good listening skills, to fully understand the requirements of each job, particularly when verbally briefed.
- Having worked in the sports and/or events industry or a customer facing environment is an advantage but is not essential.
- Not essential but any experience with motion graphics and video editing/production would be good to know. We require both content creation and editing at Provision so please provide further information of experience for these.
The Role
- You will work as part of the design studio team, to create required design assets for upcoming live events, visuals for proposal and tender submission documents, internal design projects and marketing material
- You will report into a Senior Designer and support on their projects where required
- The projects and briefs you work on will be given to you by the Client Services and Production teams and your work will be part of the project process
- Provision has a focus on always developing our design capabilities and you will have the freedom to present ideas, products and opportunities to the business for us to consider
- Provided with a custom-built workstation PC with software licenses and plugins
Roles & Responsibilities
- Your primary tasks will be to create visuals to help sell in our services, create visuals in the build up to events and create print ready artwork files ahead of live events
- Working alongside a Senior Designer you will be expected to re-skin and re-brand existing projects while also working on various new briefs with project managers using archive assets while also modelling new assets to suit the activation
- You may also be expected to assist other members of the design team on larger projects and the marketing team with creative requirements.
- Contributing to brainstorms in response to briefs and tenders received
- The ability to turn concepts and ideas into visual representations, thinking about the journey of the fans through the experiences
