Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, for a Junior Creator Manager.
Profile
Ex-agency, label, talent management or independent consultant. Experience with creator campaign management, a passion for music and social media.
Scope of Work:
- Manage and execute all creator marketing campaigns including strategy, shortlists, outreach, negotiation, and reporting.
- Build the creator database by continuously researching new creators, niches, aesthetics and similar sounds.
- Work closely with the intern to stay on top of payments, invoicing, research and other tasks associated to creator campaigns.
- Liaise with the Label's Ad Agency to further fuel momentum using strategic boosting on owned & operated accounts or creator posts.
- Assist Head of Marketing & Digital with outreach to new agencies & partners.
- Stay on top of viral trends to inspire creator briefs and share with the wider team
- Share learnings with the wider team
