This role is designed for someone early in their creative strategy career who wants to become elite fast.
You’ll work directly inside a high-performance creative team, learn proven research and ideation systems, collaborate with experienced strategists and editors, and develop the skills needed to become a senior-level operator.
We care far more about hunger, curiosity, and obsession with improvement than polished resumes.

About Us
We operate a high-volume DTC advertising machine focused on scaling winning creative.
Right now, we spend over $1M/month on Meta, testing aggressively across multiple creative angles, hooks, formats, and messaging strategies.
Our current focus is helping women experiencing hair loss — particularly menopausal women and women using GLP-1 medications.
This is not a slow corporate marketing team.
We move fast.

What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll help create ads that scale spend profitably.
Inside our pod structure, each Creative Strategist works closely with editors and creators to develop, test, and iterate on direct response concepts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching audiences, reviews, forums, comments, and competitors
- Finding new hooks, angles, and messaging opportunities
- Developing ad concepts and hypotheses
- Writing scripts and creative briefs
- Collaborating with editors on execution
- Learning how to analyze Meta creative performance data
- Iterating on winners based on real spend and feedback loops
- Participating in weekly creative brainstorming sessions
You’ll be surrounded by people who understand high-level direct response marketing and creative strategy deeply.
If you’re coachable and hungry, you will improve very quickly here.

Requirements
You should already have:
- Foundational direct response copywriting skills
- Some exposure to DTC advertising or creative strategy
- Strong research instincts
- Ability to explain WHY an ad worked
You do NOT need:
- Media buying experience
- CRO experience
- Google Ads experience
We can teach systems.
We cannot teach hunger.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
- $30,000–$42,000/year base
- Performance bonuses available
- Remote work environment
- Non-US working hours preferred
Top performers inside the company have earned substantial bonuses tied directly to creative performance and impact.
Performance Bonus Structure
Bonuses are based on how much spend your winning creatives generate inside the ad account.
Example structure:
- $5K spend → +$200
- $10K spend → +$400 total
- $20K spend → +$650 total
- $30K spend → +$900 total
- $50K spend → +$1,500 total
- $75K spend → +$2,200 total
- $100K spend → +$2,900 total
- $150K+ spend → +$4,900 total
Each tier stacks.
The better your creatives perform, the more upside you have.
