This Here is a female founded, co-creative influencer agency based in Hackney. Since 2013 we’ve been championing genuine partnerships and delivering mind-blowing campaigns with authentic story-telling and data intelligence at their heart.

Who are You?
We see the role of the Junior Creative as one that blends creative vision and social media fluency with a co-creative mindset, cultural understanding and an appreciation for data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in delivering authentic and impactful influencer marketing campaigns and content through genuine collaboration.
- You are obsessed with socials, native in all things TikTok and Instagram as well as emerging platforms.
- You know the latest trends and the creators driving them.
- You have a clear sense of what the algorithm wants and you’re able to turn those requirements into content ideas for creators and brands
- You embrace the ever changing world of social media and stay up to date with emerging platforms.
- You have a passion for concepting, shooting and editing content for socials.
- You are a creative person who embraces partnership and co-creation. You see creativity as a collaborative process, not solely your individual domain.
- You recognise the deep connection creators have with their audiences, and value their place within subcultures and their creative input into our projects.

Your Role
As a Junior Creative at This Here you’ll support and develop concepts and briefs across creator rooted campaigns and content. You'll work closely with the creative lead, account management & partnerships team to understand the brief, build compelling narratives and help shape a creative response that leads to brilliant creator lead work.
Day to Day
- As part of the team, create culturally relevant, insight-driven campaign and content ideas that are rooted in storytelling and human connection.
- Present your ideas and briefs confidently and eloquently to the internal team, clients and creators.
- We believe good ideas come from collaboration, so you will be deeply involved in brainstorms with internal teams, talent and clients.
- Infuse cultural trends, social algorithm updates and emerging tech into your work, while regularly sharing research and insights with the wider team.
- Craft high-performing social briefs that drive engagement while genuinely connecting with audiences.
- Immerse yourself in the client’s world and relevant subcultures to build campaigns and content ideas that meet brand objectives while keeping creators at the centre.
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to find the best creators to collaborate with for each project, using those insights to inform the creative development.
- Maintain a coherent creative narrative for our clients, ensuring their brand voice remains consistent across all collaborations.
- Review creative responses and output from influencers, suggesting improvements to lead towards the perfect outcome, ensuring the creative & strategy is consistent with the content output.
- Ideate, shoot and edit high-quality social content that accurately reflects the original creative concept.
Essential requirements and experience
- 1-2 years of experience delivering effective creative work on digital and social platforms.
- Experience at a social media or culture marketing agency would be preferable, working on influencer and brand campaigns.
- An editorial mind: capable of bringing concepts to life by developing relevant stories and the right people to tell them.
- Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams including Partnerships, Account Management and Production.
- Ability to ideate, shoot and edit social media concepts.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape; A passion for discovering new content formats and ideating.
- An eye for detail and quality output.
- Good presentation skills. Ability to explain creative thinking.
