Role Overview:

AGS is looking for a Junior Brand & Digital Designer to support the development and execution of the company’s visual brand. Working closely with the Head of Strategy and Branding, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets, marketing materials and branded content that bring the AGS brand to life across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is creative, proactive and motivated to help shape the visual identity of a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Design

-      Create digital design assets aligned with AGS brand guidelines

-      Assist in developing the visual identity of the AGS brand

-      Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials

Marketing & Digital Content

-      Design content for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn

-      Create graphics for announcements, partnerships and campaigns

-      Assist with website visuals and digital marketing materials

Commercial & Presentation Material:

-      Design professional pitch decks and presentations for partnerships and investors

-      Create sales and partnership materials for clubs and organisations

-      Produce branded documents and internal materials as required

Creative Support:

-      Work with the leadership team to bring brand concepts and campaigns to life

-      Assist in developing creative ideas for brand storytelling and engagement

-      Support design needs across marketing, partnerships and events

Ideal Profile:

1.    Experience

• 1–3 years’ experience in graphic design, digital design or a related creative role

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and brand design work

2.    Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Experience using Figma, Canva or similar design platforms

• A good understanding of digital design for social media and online platforms

• Strong visual communication, layout and typography skills

3.    Personal Attributes:

• Creative with strong attention to detail

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects effectively

• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, growing business environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams

• An interest in sport, technology or performance-led environments would be advantageous
