Role Description
The Junior Architect will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architecture and interior projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, developing detailed project drawings, coordinating with team members, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and senior architects to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of building systems and aesthetic principles.
- Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architecture, including proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, Revit, or similar tools.
- Skills in Project Management, including task coordination, meeting deadlines, and maintaining project quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Prior experience or internships in architecture or interior design projects is a plus.
