Requirements
As a Communications & Events Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing and Events team, supporting a variety of tasks including:
- Media Relations Support: Helping to prepare press kits, monitor media coverage, and assist with media inquiries
- Event Coordination Assistance: Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of on-site events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations
- Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of communications and events initiatives
- Guest Engagement: Assisting in creating personalized communications and experiences that enhance guest
Who We're Looking For:
- A student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Italian is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and an eagerness to learn
