The pay range for this role is $19.96- 28.20
5 days weekly some weekends

Must know REVIT and/or AutoCad/ illustrator
Comfortable using computer programs like Excel & power point
Be able to use power tools and be able to be on a ladder and lift 30lbs above their head
Can paint walls and feels comfortable moving furniture

Able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
Degree in interior design is preferred

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that reflect client needs, preferences, and project scope
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), and AutoCAD
- Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications utilizing Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and furnishings based on color theory and lighting design principles
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate renovation and remodeling efforts
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation processes, verify compliance with design intent, and resolve on-site issues
- Prepare contracts and scope of work documentation in accordance with industry standards
- Support sales efforts by presenting design proposals and lighting solutions that meet client expectations
- Assist in procurement activities related to lighting sales, fixtures, and furnishings
Experience
- Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects including renovation and remodeling
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), Adobe Photoshop, Bluebeam, and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of drafting techniques, CAD standards, color theory, lighting design principles, and construction documentation
- Familiarity with project management practices including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience coordinating with contractors on construction sites to ensure project specifications are met
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
