Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Brooklyn, NY. The Interior Designer will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the interior design on high-end residential projects. Main responsibilities include overseeing the vetting and procurement of all decorative items. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, creative environment and contribute to the studio's commitment to delivering outstanding design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, including creating functional and aesthetic layouts
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings to support project execution
- Expertise in FF&E selection, including knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Studio Designer
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in interior design or related architectural projects
