We are hiring someone to fully take over our Instagram and Facebook presence.
This is not a learning role.
This is a production role.
You are responsible for creating, writing, and publishing high-level content that builds desire, trust, and engagement with our audience.
What You’ll Do
- 2 posts per week (1 reel & 1 carousel)
- Stories 4x per week
- Maintain a consistent, elevated brand presence
- Translate our brand into visual + written storytelling
- Own your execution and stay ahead of schedule
We provide the assets. You turn them into content that performs.
Voice + Creative Direction
- Elevated, refined, highly desirable

- Never basic, never overdone
- Visually strong, intentional, and clean
- Always aligned with a luxury audience
What This Content Needs to Do
- Stop the scroll immediately
- Make people feel something
- Build long-term brand desire
- Position us as the obvious choice
- Always lead somewhere (clear CTA or intention)
Compensation Structure
You are paid for published, approved content, not drafts, not ideas, not time spent.
A deliverable is:
- Fully created content
- On-brand
- Approved
- Posted live
If it is not posted, it is not paid. No paid onboarding period. You begin producing immediately.
Non-Negotiables
- No generic or templated content
- No AI-heavy, lifeless copy
- No trend-chasing for the sake of trends
- You must be able to match a high-end brand voice
