We are seeking a creative and results-driven **Influencer Marketing Specialist** to manage influencer and celebrity collaborations, execute brand campaigns, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms.
#Key Responsibilities
* Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and celebrity partnerships.
* Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
* Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and campaign budgets.
* Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI.
* Stay updated on social media trends and the creator ecosystem.
#Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Celebrity Management, or Digital Marketing.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Experience managing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Analytical mindset with campaign reporting experience.
