Responsibilities and Requirements
- Liaise with local influencers and agency resources, participate in professional discussions with the above, and help to establish trustworth partnerships.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers and coordinate core influencer resources with seamless collaboration.
- Develop content strategies and creative concepts by leveraging analytics and social media trends aligned with market dynamics.
- Gather information of local market to assist the User Growth Department to produce high-performing content and campaigns, and work with influencers to execute such campaigns accordingly.
Preferred Skills
- Relevant work experience and existing influencer resources are highly preferred.
- Strong interest in global social media platforms; prior experience engaging with influencers is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Candidates with international education, work, or living experience, and familiarity with cross-cultural environments are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in journalism, media, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and execution skills, a proactive and positive attitude, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
