Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer/Creator Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. The Influencer/Creator Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers and content creators, executing influencer marketing campaigns, overseeing social media collaborations, and driving engagement across platforms. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding influencers, negotiating partnerships, managing campaign deliverables, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining brand presence across online platforms.
The canditate will also help grow various Tiktok Shop channels, which rely heavily on creators (UK and USA).
This role feeds into paid marketing, and the candidate will be expected to understand paid marketing more broadly, especially as it relates to META and Tiktok Ads for FMCG products.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, Public Relations, and fostering meaningful partnerships.
- Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies and trends.
- Relationships and ability to work with thousands of creators.
- Experience in Sales, negotiation, and driving brand collaborations.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaign strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of suncare and/or beauty industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is beneficial but not mandatory.
