This Industrial Designer role is based in Monaco and offers €55,000-€60,000, bonus potential, paid commute support and the chance to take safety products from first brief to production. You’ll join a growing NPD team, own real project work and help shape helmet programmes with visible commercial and technical impact.
Scope of the role
This Industrial Designer role is about owning ground-up helmet development from concept through to tooling-ready CAD. You’ll combine creative thinking with mechanical understanding, working closely with clients, engineers and manufacturing partners.
- Lead helmet projects from initial brief through to tooling-ready CAD
- Turn performance requirements into practical product architecture and design direction
- Create sketches, presentations and visual concepts for customer discussions
- Develop parametric CAD with manufacturability, tolerances and assembly in mind
- Work with testing, materials and CAD teams to refine designs into production
Key skills and experience required
- Proven experience as an Industrial Designer, Product Designer or Product Design Engineer
- Strong portfolio showing shipped products, not just concept work
- Confident using SolidWorks, Creo or similar parametric CAD tools
- Experience with plastics, injection moulding, foam components and assemblies
- Able to balance design intent, manufacturing constraints and client communication
Salary and benefits
- Basic salary: €55,000-€60,000
- Bonus of up to one month’s salary after year one
