The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded In-House Content Videographer to own the end-to-end production of engaging, high-performing video content. This role goes beyond filming and editing, you will be responsible for creating content that drives measurable results across social media and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production Management

  • Collaborate across the full production pipeline, including ideation, storyboarding, lighting, filming, and fast-paced editing.
  • Create compelling, thumb-stopping hooks and narrative structures designed to convert viewers into customers.
  • Produce high-quality product-focused video content tailored to platform-specific requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload in line with the marketing calendar and business objectives.
  • Confidently appear on camera when required, acting as a face of the brand across social media content.

Trend Spotting & Content Strategy

  • Proactively monitor emerging trends, formats, and audio across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Identify and act on trends early, adapting them into brand-aligned content that feels authentic and engaging.
  • Contribute to ongoing content strategy by bringing fresh, relevant ideas to the table.

Strategic Creative & Performance Analysis

  • Develop video content with clear performance objectives, aligned to KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, click-through rate, and conversion.
  • Analyse performance metrics (e.g. retention rates, watch time, engagement) to understand what drives success.
  • Continuously iterate on creative based on data insights to improve performance over time.
  • Take ownership of content impact, focusing on ROI rather than output volume.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, ideally within a brand, agency, or content-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and what drives performance on each.
  • Proficiency with editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Ability to work at speed without compromising quality.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a focus on conversion-driven content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
