IN-HOUSE COLOUR GRADER + EDITOR Jobs in Berlin, Germany at One Hundred Berlin GmbH
THE POSITION
• Full-time – 40 hours per week
• Office located in Berlin-Mitte
• English C1/C2 level required
• Min. 5 years experience
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Film Editor & Colour Grader, you are responsible for shaping the narrative, rhythm, and visual language of films — from offline edit through final colour grading.
You will work on a wide range of projects, including high-end commercials, branded digital content, editorial, and experimental formats.
You are expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high creative and technical standard.
This role requires a strong balance between storytelling sensitivity, colour expertise, and confident client communication.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of colour science, scopes, LUTs, and colour management
• Solid knowledge of post-production workflows and deliverables
• Experience with client-attended edit and grading sessions
• Familiarity with tools such as Frame.io and Asana is a plus
• Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g. ComfyUI); curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning in AI-driven workflows are strongly encouraged and expected
