Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-obsessed Image Retouching & Visual Finishing Artist who specializes in polishing visuals to perfection. This role focuses on precision execution, not concept creation—ensuring every image meets high visual and brand standards before delivery.
You will work closely with designers, creative leads, and AI-generated assets to refine, correct, enhance, and finish visuals using advanced Photoshop techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- High-end image retouching and cleanup (skin, surfaces, textures, imperfections)
- Product lighting corrections and shadow/reflection enhancement
- Background replacement and compositing with realistic depth and blending
- Precise masking, cut-outs, and object isolation
- Logo cleanup and redraw (alignment, sharpness, distortion correction)
- Typography correction: fixing fonts, spacing, distortions, and legibility
- Color correction and tone matching across multiple assets
- Preparing final-ready assets for different platforms and formats
- Working on AI-generated visuals and refining them to production quality
Required Skills
- Should have 4+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, and realism
- Expertise in masking, paths, blending modes, and compositing
- High attention to detail and pixel-level accuracy
- Ability to match reference images and brand guidelines precisely
- Comfortable working with tight timelines and multiple revisions
Good to Have
- Experience retouching product, fashion, or advertising imagery
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator for logo or vector corrections
- Understanding of print vs digital output requirements
- Graphic designing
