🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a talented and imaginative Illustrator / Concept Artist / Visual Storyteller to support creative projects through illustration, concept development, and visual narrative design.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about art, storytelling, character and world-building, and transforming ideas into engaging visual experiences across a variety of creative formats.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Create illustrations, concept art, and visual assets for creative projects and campaigns
- Develop visual storytelling concepts, characters, environments, and creative compositions
- Collaborate with creative teams, writers, designers, and stakeholders on project direction and visual style
- Prepare sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and final artwork for production
- Adapt artwork and visual styles across digital, print, and multimedia formats
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, and storytelling elements
- Manage project timelines, revisions, and creative deliverables effectively
- Stay updated on illustration trends, creative tools, and visual storytelling techniques
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, Design, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in illustration, concept art, visual storytelling, or related creative roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, concept development, and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in digital art and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, or related software
- Strong artistic fundamentals including composition, color, lighting, anatomy, and visual narrative
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and originality
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work independently in hybrid or remote-friendly environments
- Passion for storytelling, visual arts, and creative innovation
