In this role, you’ll leverage top-tier equipment to produce high-quality visual reports that resonate with sports audiences. Engage in collaboration with production teams, focusing on capturing the essence of sporting events through dynamic camera work and editing techniques. Evening shifts and travel may be required, as you capture pivotal moments in Canadian sports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and use ENG cameras for live sports events
• Coordinate with production and control rooms for live hits
• Operate Dejero equipment for on-location broadcasts
• Edit both linear and non-linear video content
• Consult with reporters and producers on creative ideas
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in broadcasting ENG
• Strong knowledge of sports media
• Proficiency with cameras and audio equipment
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean history
• English fluency;
French knowledge is beneficial
