Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming sessions across various platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
- Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
- Interact actively with audiences by responding to comments, questions, and discussions during live sessions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly to drive sales and increase conversions.
- Maintain a lively, energetic, and engaging atmosphere throughout the live stream.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth live streaming activities.
- Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback to improve future live stream performance.
- Stay updated on live commerce trends, audience preferences, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Live Streaming Host or in a similar role is a plus.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Creative, energetic, and able to build strong audience engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and live commerce platforms is preferred.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required.
