We are partnering with a fast-growing wellness brand that has built a highly engaged global community through its app, digital products, and founder-led content ecosystem.
As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a Head of Production to take ownership of all visual content within the platform, including workout videos, photography, and creative assets that shape the user experience.
This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led business at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in defining the visual quality of a global brand.
The Role
This is not a traditional production management position.
We are looking for a hands-on creative leader who is still actively involved in editing, post-production, retouching and content creation, whilst leading a small internal production team and driving creative excellence across the business.
Currently, final creative approval sits with the founder. This role will become the trusted final checkpoint for all visual content, ensuring every asset meets the highest standards of quality, consistency and brand alignment.
You will be responsible for both leading the team and contributing directly to the creative process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all visual production across a digital app, including videos, photography and session thumbnails.
- Lead and develop the internal production team.
- Act as the final quality control and approval point for visual assets before publication.
- Maintain consistency across visual identity, creative direction and storytelling.
- Lead video post-production, including editing, colour grading, sound design and final delivery.
- Oversee photography production, image selection, retouching and asset preparation.
- Continuously improve production workflows, processes and creative output.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure content reflects the brand vision and premium customer experience.
- Raise the overall creative standard across all visual content.
About You
- Significant experience in video editing, post-production, photography and retouching.
- Skills in Videography is essential
- Strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating exceptional creative execution.
- Previous experience leading creative, content or production teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom and related software.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, colour, lighting and brand consistency.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on creative work with leadership responsibilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
- Experience working within fast-paced, founder-led or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
