The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer engagement, digital transformation, and market growth initiatives across the organization’s healthcare operations in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a strategic marketing leader with deep healthcare industry experience, strong knowledge of the KSA market, and a proven ability to drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies, brand development, customer acquisition, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will lead integrated marketing functions across multiple business units and locations while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and execution across multiple business units and healthcare facilities.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, market positioning, patient acquisition, and customer engagement.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Establish marketing KPIs and ensure achievement of business and brand objectives.

Brand Management & Communications

  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and reputation management across all healthcare services and facilities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Oversee corporate communications, public relations activities, media engagement, and reputation management initiatives.
  • Develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness, patient trust, and community engagement.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid media, social media, SEO, website management, CRM, and performance marketing channels.
  • Utilize analytics and customer data to improve campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize return on investment through continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Growth & Market Development

  • Partner with business leaders and operational teams to support service line growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and market risks.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that support patient acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • Evaluate customer behavior and market dynamics to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, commercial, and executive leadership teams.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, creative vendors, and digital service providers.
  • Ensure effective execution of campaigns through proper stakeholder coordination and governance.
  • Present marketing performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Establish clear objectives, accountability measures, and development plans for team members.
  • Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
  • Drive organizational alignment around marketing priorities and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of marketing experience with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Mandatory experience within the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA healthcare market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven experience managing marketing functions across multiple locations or business units.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, customer engagement, and corporate communications.
  • Experience utilizing analytics, market intelligence, and customer insights to drive business decisions.
