The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will own the full marketing function and shape its future. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on building, not just managing.
- Lead a team of up to eight across paid performance, influencer, PR, organic social, community and customer service
- Take full ownership of marketing budget, ROI and daily spend decisions across an omnichannel model
- Drive paid media strategy as the primary growth engine, working with agencies and internal creative teams
- Build and execute organic social strategy across all key channels
- Establish and lead a newly created community and customer engagement function
- Define tone of voice and core audience, creating a replicable model for market expansion
- Own the brand across all consumer touchpoints, maintaining consistency and elevating execution
- Prepare the brand for re-entry into the US and Australian markets within the next 12 months
- Build annual budgets and report on commercial performance against agreed KPIs and ROAS targets
- Manage affiliate programmes, SEO copy, and digital and creative briefing processes
