Role Description
The Head of Interiors will oversee and lead the interior design process from concept through completion. Responsibilities include job winning, managing design teams, maintaining project timelines, collaborating with clients to translate their visions into creative design solutions, and ensuring all design outputs align with the company’s brand identity. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional quality. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Design Concepts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- An eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality design standards
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
