The Head of Corporate Hospitality is responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional hospitality experience for both guests and staff across all hospitality touchpoints. This leadership role oversees daily hospitality operations, ensures the highest standards of service, and collaborates closely with culinary and operational teams to deliver a seamless, luxury-level experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with a passion for service excellence, operational efficiency, and anticipating the needs of high-profile guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the overall guest and staff hospitality experience throughout the organization.
- Partner closely with culinary team to ensure food service operations run efficiently and consistently meet the highest quality standards.
- Oversee quantity and quality management across all hospitality services, ensuring exceptional execution and attention to detail.
- Manage hospitality standards and service delivery across multiple areas, including: food & beverage operations, front desk & reception, fitness center/gym, spa & wellness facilities
- Personally provide white-glove service to VIP guests, including overseeing and participating in meal service.
- Spearhead meal service execution, ensuring flawless coordination, presentation, and staff satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the hospitality program by implementing creative, practical, and innovative improvements.
- Develop and maintain hospitality protocols, service standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, facilities, and culinary teams to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.
Compensation DOE $150k – 225k, plus top benefits package
