The role
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Growth who has done it before, wants to do it bigger, and is genuinely obsessed with the craft.
You will own Honeybalm's full performance marketing engine end-to-end. This includes direct ownership of paid media and performance analytics, and management of Creative Strategy, Funnels & Landing Pages, and Affiliate & Performance Influencer.
The role is accountable for blended MER, CAC efficiency, and topline revenue across all paid channels and markets. You will set channel strategy, lead the team, build the systems, and partner with Brand, eCommerce, and Retention to drive Honeybalm's next phase of international growth.
What you will own
• The full paid media operation across all major paid channels (Meta, Google)
• Cross-channel media strategy and budget allocation across all our markets
• Performance analytics and attribution; the source of truth for every growth decision
• The Creative Strategy team driving research, testing, and performance creative
• The Funnels & Landing Pages team building the conversion machine
• The Affiliate & Performance Influencer program
• Forecasting and scaling against Honeybalm's seasonal peaks
How you will succeed
You connect creative, data, and budget into one clear plan. You bring structure to complexity without losing momentum. You filter what is worth testing and what is noise. You make sharp budget reallocation decisions when the signal demands it. You build systems that compound, not dashboards that report. You see the whole funnel, not just ads. You set the bar high and raise the standard for everyone around you. You're obsessed with contribution margin and LTV, not vanity metrics. You are obsessed with growth and do everything to grow Honeybalm to the next level
What you bring
• 7+ years in performance marketing, with proven experience scaling a DTC brand internationally
• Personally managed and scaled multi-million annual paid budgets
• Hands-on expertise across Meta and Google as a minimum, with working knowledge of TikTok and emerging channels
• A sharp grasp of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics (CAC, payback, contribution margin)
• Experience leading specialists and second-line managers
• Multi-market and multi-currency scaling experience
• A genuine passion for the craft of performance marketing
• Fluent in English
