Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Head of Digital Marketing to lead and execute the digital marketing strategy at our on-site office in Depok. Responsibilities include devising and implementing digital marketing plans, overseeing social media campaigns, driving lead generation efforts, and analyzing online performance metrics to improve results. The Head of Digital Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative initiatives that align with the company's brand and growth objectives and ensure an effective digital presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Marketing to drive impactful online campaigns
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
- Experience with Web Analytics and the ability to analyze performance data
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing digital marketing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with design and interior or similar industries is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Depok
