Role overview
We’re looking for a Head of Design who will become the creative heartbeat of the company. Someone who inspires, structures and elevates.
A strong design leader (experiential/spatial background preferred) who combines bold creative vision with operational clarity. This role will lead a team of 8–10 creatives, manage freelance pull, align closely with Sales, Project Managers and Marketing, and report directly to the CEO.
We need a charismatic, strategic and hands-on profile who can inspire the team, bring structure without killing creativity, and help us scale from strong execution to true creative excellence.
The role is based in Barcelona, but we welcome applications from candidates across Europe.

Ideal profile
- 8–12+ years in experiential / spatial / event design
- 5+ years in creative leadership or studio management roles
- Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing freelance networks and external collaborators
- Strong client-facing presence and pitch confidence
- Ability to combine creative excellence with operational structure
- Strategic mindset with business awareness
- International exposure highly valued
- Fluent English required (Spanish a plus)
