We’re hiring a Head of Creative Commerce to build and lead a brand-new business unit within one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance creative agency groups.
You’ll own ECD Business Unit 2 from day one – leading creative strategists, shaping service direction, and driving commercial growth across Meta, TikTok, and Social Commerce. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling a high-performance creative function, not hands-on execution.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and scale a high-performing creative strategy team
- Own creative output, client performance, and business KPIs
- Drive innovation across UGC, paid social, and TikTok Shop
- Partner with senior leadership to grow and evolve the agency
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has led creative strategy or paid social teams (agency or D2C)
- Knows what converts across Meta & TikTok
- Can build teams, not just manage them
- Is commercially sharp and outcome-driven
