Overview

Head of Content Jobs in Paris, Île-de-France, France at Favikon

We’re Favikon, the creator intelligence platform that millions of creators and the brands who work with them use to make sense of the creator economy. We’re profitable, growing, and shipping a wave of launches this year, including a new creator app we haven’t announced yet. We run almost entirely on self-serve, which means our content isn’t marketing support. It largely is the business.

And right now our content doesn’t match the company behind it. We need someone to own that.

The role

You own how Favikon shows up everywhere it makes noise: our company presence on LinkedIn and X, the social launch of an unreleased creator app, the content behind every product launch, and the creative voice that ties it all together. You report straight to the founder and own this outright.

You own the strategy, not just the output. Where we should show up, which platforms deserve the bet, what we’re trying to say and to whom, how content ladders up to signups and revenue. You set that plan and then you make it real.

We sell to two audiences and you speak to both. Creators, who’ll judge us in half a second by whether our content feels native to their world. And brands and agencies, who need a sharper, credible B2B story. Moving between those two registers without flattening either is the core of this job.

This is concept-first. We don’t need more posts. We need ideas with a point of view, hooks only Favikon could make, formats people actually stop for. You set the direction and either make the work yourself or direct the creators and freelancers who do. Both are fine. We’re hiring the brain first.

You work like a scientist, not a poster. You run experiments, read what the data says, kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does. You know that growing an account is a series of bets, and you’re good at placing them.

You’re fluent in AI. Not “I’ve tried ChatGPT.” You use AI tools daily to produce more and better, faster, ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, and you’re the kind of person who’s already testing whatever shipped last week. For a small team, this is how one person outputs like five. It’s not optional here.

You’re right for this if

You live on the platforms and feel why one video does 700 and the next does 18, in specifics, not vibes. You’ve grown something real, your own account, a brand’s, a client’s, and you can show the before and after. You think in angles, not templates. You have taste, and opinions, and you’ll defend them.

We don’t care how many years you’ve done this. Someone who grew up inside TikTok can out-create a veteran directing for platforms they don’t personally live on. Show us the judgment and the work; the CV matters less.

Whether you’re the face on camera or the director casting and briefing others, we want to see it. Tell us which you are.

Helpful, not required: French, experience in the creator economy, a track record with short-form video, having built a content function from scratch.

How we hire

Skip the cover letter. Send us three concepts: one short-form video idea for a creator-focused brand, one LinkedIn post or angle aimed at brands, and one idea for launching a new product feature. Rough is fine. We’re reading for the thinking, not the polish. That tells us more than any CV and it’s most of how we’ll decide.

Paris-based office, with a lot of remote flexibility, but given the scope of the role, coming to the office at least one day every week is non optional. Real ownership, a small senior team, and a product creators actually respect.

Show us how you think.
