I am currently partnering with a purpose-led, design-driven consumer brand at an exciting inflection point in its growth journey. Founded by a highly regarded creative, the business has built a loyal following through its distinctive aesthetic, emotional storytelling and a deeply held sense of mission.
They are now looking for a Head of Brand & Content to join the senior leadership team and take full ownership of how the brand is built, expressed and scaled. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a business with real heart, strong creative foundations, and bold commercial ambitions.
The Mission
As Head of Brand & Content, you will report directly to the Growth Director and work in close partnership with the Founder & Creative Director and CEO. Your mandate is to translate founder-led creative energy into a coherent, scalable brand and content function, one that drives awareness, deepens emotional connection, and supports the business as it scales towards a significant revenue milestone.
This is not a role for someone looking to manage campaigns. It is a role for someone who wants to build the system, raise the bar, and help shape what a modern design-led consumer brand looks like at scale.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Direction
- Own and evolve the brand platform, working closely with the Founder to translate creative vision into clear strategic direction
- Strengthen positioning, distinctiveness and long-term brand equity across every major customer touchpoint
- Bring a strong point of view on where the brand should go, how it should evolve, and where it can become more culturally relevant
Brand Content
- Define the content strategy and system that fuels every major channel — from campaign assets and editorial to video, email creative and retail materials
- Move the business from reactive, one-off output to a more intentional, scalable content engine
Brand Marketing & Organic Social
- Lead and develop the Brand Marketing Manager to shape strategy and delivery across campaigns, launches, PR, partnerships and collaborations
- Lead and develop the Social & Influencer Manager, setting the creative bar and defining the role social plays within the wider brand system
Creative Production
- Lead Senior Creative & Production Managers, defining the standards, workflows and production rhythm needed to support a scaling brand
- Provide direction and challenge on how creative work is planned, prioritised and brought to life across shoots, film and always-on content
Who We Are Looking For
- An experienced brand and content leader with 6+ years in Brand, Content, Creative Strategy or Brand Marketing, ideally within a consumer business where design, story and aesthetic genuinely matter
- Someone who can take a founder's vision and turn it into a strategy a team can execute, thinking in years, not weeks, and seeing brand and growth as one machine
- A strong creative operator with the judgment to write a sharp brief, give useful feedback, and think in systems and series rather than one-off assets
- A people-led leader who builds teams and followership — someone whose bar is high, whose feedback is useful, and who makes the people around them better
- Commercially grounded, with the ability to connect brand thinking to channel execution, conversion and growth
- Experience in DTC, design-led or premium consumer brands is a strong advantage, as is UK and US market exposure

Salary & Benefits
- £80,000 – £100,000 per annum (flex for the right candidate) plus performance bonus
