The Role
As we scale globally, we are building out dedicated brand leadership. We are looking for a senior professional to own Vera Clinic's brand identity and manage our external communications — including partnerships, agents, and influencer relationships.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of brand and relationships.
What You'll Do
Brand Leadership
• Lead the creative and brand direction across all channels
• Ensure brand consistency from campaigns to clinic touchpoints
• Drive co-branded activations and cross-functional brand projects
• Guide the branding team to deliver high-quality, on-brand output
External Communications
• Be the main point of contact for our international agent and partner network
• Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end — from relationship to results
• Represent Vera Clinic in external meetings, events, and negotiations
• Develop partner-facing materials and communication frameworks
What We're Looking For
• 6+ years in brand management, communications, or creative leadership
• Proven experience managing creative teams and external partner networks
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Turkish (both required)
• Prior experience in health tourism, medical aesthetics, or a related patient-facing industry is strongly preferred
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
