Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand & Campaigns to lead our Brand & Campaigns pod. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also drive execution across integrated marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading campaign ideation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple client accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership
- Lead end-to-end campaign ideation, planning, and execution for client accounts.
- Develop integrated campaign strategies across digital, influencer marketing, OOH, on-ground activations, and social media.
- Manage campaign timelines, production schedules, and launch coordination.
- Define campaign KPIs in collaboration with clients and internal leadership.
Client Brand Strategy
- Develop and maintain brand strategies including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Participate in client presentations, strategy reviews, and brand workshops.
- Manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
Team Leadership & Creative Direction
- Lead and mentor the design, social media, and SEO teams within the pod.
- Provide clear briefs and review creative deliverables before client submission.
- Maintain high creative standards across campaigns and content.
- Plan and manage content calendars across the client portfolio.
- Coordinate with external partners including influencer agencies, event vendors, and OOH suppliers.
Agency Performance
- Prepare monthly performance reports and post-campaign analysis for clients.
- Support new business pitches and proposals from a brand and campaign strategy perspective.
- Strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 6–10 years of experience in brand management, campaign strategy, or creative leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Proven experience managing integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and managing creative or marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics and analytics dashboards.
- Existing relationships with influencer networks, OOH vendors, or production houses in India.
