Primary title: Head of Brand & Campaigns (India, Hybrid)
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own a unified employer and consumer brand strategy—positioning, tone, and go-to-market narratives across channels.
- Plan, launch and optimise integrated campaigns (brand, demand, and activation) across digital, social, content and events to drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
- Lead paid and organic channel execution—set KPIs, manage media plans, allocate budgets and optimise ROAS and CPL through continuous testing.
- Direct creative and content deliverables—brief agencies, oversee in-house creators and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Implement measurement frameworks and dashboards: build experiments, A/B tests, attribution models and insights to improve campaign efficiency and lifetime metrics.
- Build, mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team; partner with Product, Revenue and Talent teams to align campaigns to business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Proven leadership in brand and campaign management within B2B, B2B2C or marketplace businesses.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy and employer branding with demonstrable campaign outcomes.
- Hands-on experience running performance marketing and paid social programs.
- Strong analytics orientation—setting measurement frameworks, running A/B tests and optimising toward conversion metrics.
- Experience managing agencies, creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated programs.
- Budget ownership and vendor management with a focus on efficiency and scale.
- Preferred: Background in TalentTech, HRTech, recruitment marketing or staffing platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and creative production workflows.
